*this new metal, while not a composite, is infused with 17 timesmore carbon than traditional 8620 and 1020 steels. using a processunique to the cmm material, microscopic carbon spheres are infusedwithin the molecular structure of the metal. this creates a matrixthat is 10% less dense than ordinary steel yet it maintains thehardness and manipulation properties of cast or forged carbon steel.these density relieving spheres within the cmm metal alsodramatically damp vibration offering a pure, soft feel never beforeachieved in any golf club. needless to say, cleveland golf has apatent pending for golf clubs made of this breakthrough material. the performance:
